Declarations of interests

 Phage UK is committed to transparency in its interactions with industry, academia and other external organisations. All individuals involved in the network are expected to declare relevant interests.

This includes financial interests, as well as non-financial interests or relationships that could reasonably be perceived to influence discussions or advice. Where relevant, this may include the compassionate or in-kind provision of phage products from external organisations.
